Western brands such as Starbucks, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola and Pepsi have paused operations in Russia in response to the country’s invasion of Ukraine.

We would like to hear from employees of western companies about their experiences. How have you been affected? Do you have any concerns about the future of your employment? Have you left Russia to find work elsewhere?
