UK workers: is your ability to work affected by unresolved health issues?

We’re keen to hear from people in the UK who have been unable to work as much as they’d like due to unresolved health problems in the past three years

More than 1.6 million adults aged 50 and over are unable to work because of long-term sickness, amid ballooning NHS waiting lists and while ONS data shows that 2.8 million people are out of work because of long-term sickness.

We’d like to hear from workers in the UK who have been unable to work as much as they’d like in recent years because of unresolved problems with their health.

We’re interested to hear what kind of unresolved health problems are preventing people from working, and what would need to happen to tackle their health issues so they could return to their desired working capacity. Whether you’re waiting for a referral, medical procedure or to see your GP, or face other obstacles in getting your health issue sorted, we’d like to hear from you.
